The Women's Cabinet is a representative group of student leaders of Harvard's women- and gender-oriented campus organizations. Cabinet members meet biweekly at the Women's Center to discuss issues of importance to the Harvard women's community, to plan cosponsored events, and for leadership development opportunities. The Women's Cabinet maintains the Women's Community Calendar, a listing of women's and gender-related events at Harvard.

The mission of the Women's Cabinet is to bring groups together for the centralization of energies, relationships, and resources in common vision for women's groups and women's issues on campus. The Women's Cabinet oversees the Ann Radcliffe Trust Grant program as well as Women's Week in the spring and seeks to actively develop cosponsored events and projects.
